Type E : ESD test only
Type L : Latch-up test only
Type EL : Both ESD and Latch-up test

L type : ±1000V, 1%±5V
ESD Pulse Unit: MM, HBM 4kV and 8kV(Option)
ESD Repetition: 1 ~100 times
ESD Period: 300ms ~ 5s, 100ms increment
